Returns
We offer a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, you must contact us first at support@spineease.co. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Returns sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
We cover the cost of return shipping for approved returns. Instructions and any necessary return labels will be provided after your return request has been reviewed.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5-10 business days for us to process your refund after the return has been received and inspected. Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@spineease.co. In these cases, we will issue a full refund without requiring the item to be returned.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Shipping Availability
Currently, we only ship to customers located within the United States, and returns are only accepted from addresses within the United States.
